How can a plaintiff, claiming product liability, prove that the product one is suing for was defective that caused an injury, for instance a fire, if there are other possible multiple causes?
Can a plaintiff sue a governmental agency for letting a manufacturer/ supplier sell a product in the market although for some reason, compliance to the regulation was lacking or such safety standard of that product was below the industry standard?
Is a supplier liable only for manufacture defect or other defects as well?
