Any way to check that you've listed all traffic violations?

Filling out a bar app and I have no way of remembering all the traffic violations I have had (I don't have a lot but those aren't things I just remember). The language of the app seems to call for it--how in the world did people answer these types of questions?
Is there a state office i could generally call to get that info?
Just anxious to get this done right--i don't have any violations that would pose even the slightest problem but I can't be sure I'm remembering them all, and I don't have any documentation of them.

You should be able to contact your DMV and get a copy of your driving record. HTH!

DMV, local police station where ticket was actually issued, or court where it was taken care of.
My anecdotal experience was in CA:
- I found the DMV report to have the most information on it. It has the stuff that actually hit your record. In CA it went back 8 years I think.
The traffic courts all purged their records after ~4 years, so I wasn't able to find anything there. They just gave me a clearance letter that basically said there was nothing in their system on me.
The local police had speeding tickets, but not fix-it ticket information because I got it all dismissed so it never hit my record. They gave me a print-out of the speeding ticket I had there, and also a clearance letter saying that was it, nothing else on me.
My insurance was able to generate another clearance letter for me, they had accidents on record but no tickets, so that wasn't too useful.
Even after going to tons of different courts and police stations, I couldn't find it all. For me, I had a speeding ticket that I couldn't track down for the life of me, but I had the traffic school information buried in my email so I'll use that. I also had a lot of fix-it tickets for things like tinted windows, etc, that even after going to the actual police station in the city the ticket was issued in, they didn't have any record. I haven't submitted yet but have just been compiling stuff, who knows if my search will prove sufficient.
