MPRE Question

So, I'm a 3L, obviously in my last semester. I go to school in NY, but that's probably irrelevant. I'm planning to take the Bar in NJ and PA.
I'm registered for the MPRE for this weekend. But idiotically perhaps, I'm not prepared at all for it, as I've gotten busy with work and interviews this semester and studying for it just kind of fell by the wayside.
I have a few questions about this:
First, is it okay to just push it off until August? I know that this is less than ideal. But I also know that bar results won't come out until November for NJ and a similar time for PA. So, waiting on August MPRE results shouldn't hold up my bar application/admission, correct?
Second, should I just go take it this weekend without studying? I'm sure people have passed it without studying in the past, since you really only need a 75 on the test to pass.
I'd appreciate any insight. I used the search function to try to find an answer to this, but I couldn't find a really direct answer to my question.
Thanks everyone...
