Drop out?

Post by TLSUSER22 » Thu Feb 20, 2014 5:53 pm

Hey Guys,

I am a current 1L at T25 with a full ride. My grades are not amazing, probably under median by 0.1-0.15.

I have really been doubting whether I made the right choice. I came to law school in order to enter the field econoimc law, finance, or trade. Other than those areas I find the legal profession to be dull and extremely mundane.

I have an economics background from a reputable undergrad. Sometimes I feel I should have pursued a PhD in a social science instead. (not econ phd).

Do you guys think I should stay in law school in the off chance that I can land a job in my area of interest? I know that If I do not get a job in my legal area of interest I will regret this decision and try to earn either an LLM or Masters upon graduation. Hoping this would make me more marketable or allow me to make leaway into a non-legal job.
