What should I write my paper on? (1st amendment topics)

Im in a class called "freedom of expression". I need to come up with a topic by tomorrow for a 30 page paper.
broad topic possibilities:
Libel
Privacy
Restraint
Obscenity
Indecency
Infliction of emotional distress
or something else
-
Anyone have any suggestions that would be
fun
interesting
contested
currently relevant
& that would also have a ton of info on it (news articles, journal articles, court opinions)
??

You could do something on Snowden/wikileaks stuff and tie in 1st A/national security/whistleblower stuff

Writing a paper about toplessness laws could be fun. There's a lot of crazy stories within that topic, and there were lots of news articles about it last fall.

Obscenity, AKA the dumbest doctrine ever - makes no sense at all and would be fun to tear down.

Most interesting topic would be privacy in public employment settings when dealing with social media.
For example, people have been getting fired for "Liking" products that their employers disapprove of.
It would be fun to explore whether public employers should be allowed to do that in the digital age.
