My evidence final exam is a trial simulation in which the student is expected to object to evidentiary issues. Does anyone have any suggestions of ways to study for this exam? Are there video simulations or other resources that I can buy?

Just practice the rules. Learn to identify and anticipate where certain evidence problems will arise. For example, when a witness is testifying about the actions of someone else, look out for hearsay, relevance, confrontation clause issues. The second that you hear "and what did he/she say," or "what was it that he/she told you," you've got hearsay and possibly other issues.

There are going to be exceptions, and in not sure how those play in here, but you still object even if there is an exception because a judge may still rule in your favor.

Maybe watch some YouTube videos to get an idea of what you're supposed to do. Good luck.
