Antitrust Exam - Any Advice/Tools?

So my 24 hour entirely open Antitrust exam begins tonight. I was planning on using the readings to make a checklist of issues and then going back through with someone else's outline to fill in the BLL. However, this class is taught by an adjunct and is only taught every 4 or 5 years, so my resources are relatively limited. Does anybody have any recommended resources/outlines/techniques that I can use?
