How do firms choose which law students they want to interview? Law school GPA/rank is obviously a major factor, but do they also inquire about undergrad GPA, LSAT, other degrees or work experience when selecting which students to interview? Also, how do law schools decide which students can interview? Is it just based on GPA/rank and/or the "bidding" system? Thanks!

Don't worry about this yet. It also varies by school, so if you're actually curious about this so early, ask your OCS or a 2L you're friends with.

Though literally none want your LSAT and the only ones that care about UG GPA are looking for someone who's got patent credentials.
