Is it possible to learn evidence within like 3 days or is this going to be a longer process?

Is it possible? Sure. Is it nucking futs? Hell yeah.
Evidence is a beast. A week is ideal. If you're in a jam for 3 days, try BarBri and their miniconviser outlines and supplement with the normal outline book. Or use the standard upperclassmen outline for the class.
Good luck!

Ask Kalvano. I think he did this and nailed it on the exam. If not, apologies for wasting his and your time.

Three full days of nothing but the E&E and CALI practice lessons. I got an A.
You can find my outline in this forum somewhere. I'm on my phone so it's hard to post a link to it but search for posts by me with Evidence outline as the subject, it should come up. It'll also have a Rules short sheet, which you can thank me for later.
It's going to suck though. If you're time-crunched, focus on hearsay a lot.

I did this because I never showed up for the 8 am class. I got an outlines book keyed to the casebook and an excellent outline from a friend. Also did a ton of practice questions.

Yeah, definitely possible. Just have to know how the rules play together. I have some good outlines, particularly with regard to hearsay and its exceptions.

E+E an old outline, and a small attack outline should net you at least a B+ if you spend 2-3 hard days studying.
It helps if it's not MC.
If issue spotter, EVERYTHING is 403.

Its definitely possible. I studied for one full day and night and I ended up with an A-. I should note that ours was a closed book exam, we were only allowed to bring the rules in. I think that made it easier. Also, for the most part, I paid attention throughout the semester. I had a good base of understanding before I began cramming. Good luck!

Yeah, mine is a T/F and Multiple Choice Exam. However, it is open book & just started doing to the barbri lectures, however my notes for the semester are horrible as is my professor.

Evidence is one of the easiest classes to do this with.

In order of what people have boners for
1) Hearsay
2) Hearsay
3) Character evidence (including traits generally and specific acts)
These seem to get hammered the most.

If anyone's starting to hit up the CALI lessons, any recommendations? Seems like there are 2 different people doing stuff on hearsay, for example. Worth it to do all? Or just need to do one?

Is there an evidence on tape I can download? I remember there being something like that for Civ Pro which was sick.

Watch these early 90s videos:

Awesome southern accent and the FRE.
But yeah. There are some lecture tapes out there. Sum and Substance and Law School Legends both have an evidence audio tape thing. I'm sure there are MP3s floating around somewhere.
