Civ Pro outline of the Freer BARBRI lectures?

I have been listening to the 6 hour BARBRI lecture on Civ Pro given by Rich Freer. Those who used this awesome resource know he basically holds your hand through the creation of an outline. I've been listening mostly with my iPhone on-the-go, so was wondering if anyone happens to have/know of an outline that was created based on this lecture series. Also, his framework is so mechanical I figured that there must be an outline or two floating around that was created based on his lecture series.

Thanks for the help.

Also curious.

I'm working on putting together an outline from his lectures (which are great in case anyone still hasn't heard). I just took notes while listening and am using his I-XII organizational points. It's very sketchy as of now.

Here is the Freer outline supplemented with some notes from my own Civ Pro class. It follows Freer's structure from his lecture.

Here is a "short" version of the above outline:

And the Freer outline (not sure where this came from, but it says "Law School Legends")..

Hope this helps!

Whoops, forgot about this. I know you didn't ask for all these, but I thought I'd share. Here is an outline/checklist that I took into the exam. It's one page front and back and has all the important stuff.

So... how can I get those 6 hour long lectures? I mean the BARBRI lecture on Civ Pro by Rich Freer.

If your school is like mine, and I know many are, BARBRI offers a $50 package to 1Ls. You get a huge outline book, access to all the web material including the Freer lectures, and a locked-in rate for their Bar Review (with no commitment).

They ran a promotion where we could get in for $25 if we signed up with a friend, which I did. Good stuff.

The beauty in Freer isn't really in what he's saying (it's all the basic doctrinal stuff)--it's in how he's saying it.

And some of his jokes are marvelous.

"Hey, FQ, pal!"

So, I'm joining the discussion a semester late, but I'd love to have access to the outlines created from Rich Freer's Civ Pro lectures from Barbri. Any chance of reposting active links to the files, Lockfast?

Thanks in advance!

This post made my CivPro 1 studying a breeze. Your course was very similar to mine. I might be able to find the top link and post it.....I'll edit this if I'm able to.

On a related note, for anybody whose prof. uses Freer's casebook I suggest also getting the Freer hornbook. His hornbook follows his casebook very closely, so you won't miss anything from your casebook readings, but explains the law much clearer and concisely than any casebook can. I stopped reading the casebook a few weeks into Civ Pro and focused solely on reading the hornbook and had a very solid grasp on the course by the end of the semester.

This. I've done this with a different Civ Pro textbook and it has worked quite well.

The dropbox folders seem to be empty. Would anyone be willing to send these to me by chance or upload them?

Had to restructure the folders. Try these, PM me if they don't work.
I can always email, too.

That's really weird. Works for me. Maybe it's because I'm logged in to Dropbox or something anyways.

I'd love to get my hands on these, and the dropbox link isn't working for me either. Any chance you can post them again, or email them to me?

Heads up: there are a few spots in this outline where it incorrectly says a party has 20 days to file something when it should say 21. Other than that, I haven't found anything wrong with it, and it's been an awesome outline for me to work with.
