Top Law Schools

The title of the book is Unincorporated Business Entities though the class is called Agency, Partnerships and LLCs. Does anyone know of a good supplement for this topic? I don't think Emanuel's has a book for it and the E&E is helpful though probably not too detailed on certain rules and provisions.

The concepts and insights is decent for agency (http://www.amazon.com/Agency-Partnershi ... hts+agency) but not that great for partnership. I couldn't find much in the way of anything else, particularly for partnership. Good luck, this class (the partnership stuff usually) can be pretty tough depending on the professor.
