Recommended Supplements for following Courses/Texts?
Sorry if there's a thread on this, but I couldn't find anything specifically referencing my textbooks. I have the following courses/books this semester, what supplements should I consider purchasing? My school's law library has just about every supplement for free but I like the peace of mind in having my own and being able to highlight, underline, etc:
- Civil Procedure I: Yeazell; Civil Procedure, Eighth Edition
- Contracts I: Ayres & Klass; Studies in Contract Law, Eighth Edition
- Torts: Prosser, Wade, & Schwartz; Torts: Cases and Materials, Twelfth Edition and Dobbs; The Law of Torts hornbook.
- Property I: Dukeminier, Krier, Alexander, & Schill; Property, Seventh Edition.

Booked Civ Pro, but did not find the well regarded Glannon E&E to be all that helpful.
This book is excellent for Civ Pro: http://www.amazon.com/Inside-Civil-Proc ... 631&sr=1-2

LOLOLOL man yeah I ordered it. I'm just gonna use it to clarify some stuff I don't understand and really be careful to double check it agrees with my professor's interpretation of things.brotherdarkness wrote:My con law professor used to teach with Chemerinsky and hates the guy for some reason. He saw me with a Chemerinsky book one day and warned me not to use it because "his interpretation of the Constitution is wrong." I countinued to use it, despite his suggestion, and got the highest grade in the class.Wearthewildthingsr wrote:what about constitutional law? chermerinsky?
