Hey all,

Anyone know any good (and affordable) personal injury law books geared toward practitioners? Thanks!

You may want to submit this question to the folks over at JDU. They are mainly practitioners who could point you towards useful materials.

Personally I am not sure if a book would be the way to go. Each court/jurisdiction is different. Most PI attorneys I've spoken to avoid the federal courts like the plague (at least in my area).

+1

They're state specific. For example, a friend has one on car accidents in Pennsylvania.
