Smokeless tobacco and the bar exam

I pretty much need Skoal Mint Long Cut(tm) to deal with the anxiety of the bar exam or I will fail. I have already removed the tobacco from the tin and placed it into clear a Tupperware(tm) container that I will put inside of a clear plastic bag. I plan on bringing a clear empty bottle for my "spitter." I believe that I am complying with all the rules and regulations of the bar exam, but I am nervous that a proctor will have an issue with my "dipping." Does anyone else have experience with this or know someone who has dipped during previous administrations of the bar exam? Any advice?
Thank you in advance.

Grizzly or bust, but no I would not do this. If you really need it, go with a patch.

I have to confess that if I'd been seated next to a spitter I'd have been pretty grossed out/distracted. I don't know if I'd have complained, but since by the time you take the bar exam you're insane, it probably wouldn't have been a good scene.
But basically, call your state bar. They have people whose job is just answering the questions of crazed bar takers. If they don't have a problem with it, you know you can tell people like me to suck it. And if they do, better to find out now than the morning of the exam.

Dude you'll be fine. Tobacco of all kinds is generally allowed everywhere in the US these days, especially in environments like the bar examination. I'm going to bring an actual pack of cigarettes and ash tray, and maybe even fill my water bottle with booze to steady my nerves.

Listen dude that was a legitimate question. This is obvious flame. If you actually think the freaking BAR EXAMINERS of all people are going to allow you to chew tobacco during the examination when they are the most anal-retentive bureaucrats on earth then you really aren't paying attention closely.
And yes I know I said "anal" and I'm the same guy who was talking about my B.M.'s earlier

But snus is not manly bro. Grizz puts hair on your chest. And possibly your tongue. Oh god I need to quit.

Yeah, isn't that stuff basically made for situations like the bar exam and meetings?

No but longcut is more manly not only because it has a lot of nicotine and will make you nauseous and such but also because it is not in little pouches and you can put in a huge baseball lip.

I will admit I have derailed us slightly. Snus is decent advice to OP if it's allowed in the test center.

Why the hell would freaking SNUS BE ALLOWED IN THE TEST CENTER YOU HALF-WIT!
My god man, these people wanted to know the middle name of my second-cousin's boss for her first job at Dairy Queen in 1999. How you think they are going to allow tobacco OF ANY KIND in the testing center is beyond me. If you so much as scratch your
grundle during the exam I'd imagine that's grounds for dismissal, lest it be a code signal to other test-takers for the correct answer.

I'll let NR field this one as it was his suggestion.

I never said it was "allowed," man. I said it was largely unnoticeable. I've used snus plenty of places where tobacco isn't allowed, including but not limited to: classrooms, airplanes, standardized exams, police stations, and jail. It is a tiny and virtually indistinguishable bump along, but not on top of, your upper lip. Few people notice. Shit, I've kissed my girlfriend without her noticing (not the full scale porno-tongue kiss, but you get the idea).
Whether OP wants to chance it is up to him, but the ol' "I forgot I had it in" might do the trick. That's his call. I'm just saying that if you're the type of nicotine-addicted bro who will LOSE HIS MIND going without during a long and stressful exam (e.g., "I pretty much need [tobacco] to deal with the anxiety of the bar exam or I will fail"), you can probably pop a pouch before you walk in the door and the odds are strong that no one would ever know.

A Barbri lecturer said that nicotine patches actually are allowed, although who knows how true that is or in which states. I would call the board of admissions and ask. It's not like we're talking about crack here.

Also: you seem stressed. You should maybe pop some tobacco.
