Which state has the most and which has the fewest distinctions from the majority/MBE rules?
Random question that I'm wasting time on rather than studying for the bar. Maybe we can figure it out with anecdotal evidence.
I'll go first.
GEORGIA
Torts: 21 pages in Kaplan book; not too bad, but some things greatly vary
Contracts: 5 pages in Kaplan book; few distinction
Property: 11 pages in Kaplan book; not bad
Crim Law: 19 pages in Kaplan book; worst offender, many details
Crim Pro: 5 pages in Kaplan book; few distinction
Evidence: adopted FRE; very few distinctions
Overall: doable
