Advice for multiple choice exams

Based on past exams, I struggle with the multiple choice section. From past results, I worry about the MPRE which I will take in August, and the Bar. I've tried the Q&A's and Siegal series. The Q&A's multiple choice seem easier compared to those on exams. When taking practice multiple choice, I would write down why I chose the wrong answer. However, based on last semester grades this approach was not too helpful. Any suggestions, thoughts?
