Top Law Schools

Hey all,

My friend in law school told me IP lawyers have a better chance of making partner than other fields of law due to the required EE/CS degree. Is that true? Does that probability increase if you have an advanced degree (helpful in attracting clients etc.)? Thanks.

Unless you work for a boutique, I don't think the area of your specialty matters when it comes to deciding who makes partner and who doesn't.
