Brethren,

I have a friend who is going to be a 2L, and needs to focus on Transactional/Litigation for her future employment. Are there some CR classes to enroll in 2nd year? He/she attends UPenn. Any advice or knowledge would be great and I will forward it over.

Ah, of course, the transactional/litigation track. I recommend courses in Atheist Religions, with a possible internship at the Prosecution Public Defender's office.
