3L, never went to class besides first week, he doenst care or take attendance, NYCP, no idea of anything. have 2 days to prepare (got a good outline). help!

My tax prof told us that out of the thousands of kids he's taught, only 1 ever failed. Of course, that kid also never went past the 1st week.
