Bluebook question: How to cite a grant of cert?

Specifically, the section here in the bluebook example:
Charlesworth v. Mack, 925 F.2d 314 (1st Cir. 1991), cert. granted, 60 U.S.L.W. 3562 (U.S. Jan. 21, 1992) (No. 92-212).
When the case has just been granted. Do you really cite it under that odd "USLW" cite, or do you use the temporary WL cite that you can get off Westlaw (like 2013 WL 1228329)

Whatever Rule 10.7 says to do.

Go to database: HVLR
Search: cert. granted

The format will pop up pretty quickly.
