Contract Drafting: FOB Seller and Buyer Inspection

I'm drafting a contract for my sales class and am having a bit of a brain fart. If the contract specifies the goods will be shipped FOB seller's place of business, is a provision allowing for the buyer's inspection upon receipt of the goods contradictory? Also, payment isn't due until the goods have been delivered to buyer.
I've read through 2-319 and 2-513 and their comments and can't really get a clear answer (but then again I'm tired as hell and can't really focus at the moment).

Try not to chew him out.
it would help if his name didn't allude to smoking a blunt through a bong

Well, I deserved it.
my name alludes to my name, not smoking a blunt through a bong. I don't even know how the hell that would work.
Well played, sir.
