Land Use Law ... overall difficulty?

Post by chiguy99 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 12:30 pm

I know it comes down to a curve, but does anyone know if the subject matter is overall easy/difficult to grasp? Will be a 2L this Fall and trying to find a class or two to boost the ol' GPA

I'm already in a clinic (hopefully on the easy end) and in two smaller classes (dont have to follow curve). Land Use is larger and will be subj to curve but I am curious about the material. Can anyone provide anything pertaining the substance of the class? Never mind the GPA

It cannot be that hard... it is land use. When you hear of conceptually hard courses, you think of FedJur, SecReg, Admin, Ch11, CorpoTax... not land use.
