Book is Dukeminier. Professor is all over the place. I know, if you haven't figured out how to cram by now, you're screwed. Any ideas though? I just need to pass, think I have job lined up since I'm getting my dick worked over during the school year

Would appreciate any constructive advice. Trusts. Wills.

There's an Emanuel's keyed to Dukeminier I believe, might be good to start with that.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I keep hearing the Emanuel Supplement associated with T & E, looking for confirmation.
