If you were counseling a client selecting among several choices to form an entity and you expect they will be in a lot of litigation, which corporate form provides the most PRESTIGIOUS suffix for the case caption. Alternatively, which form is the most TTT? This is an important question, and I hope you give it the careful consideration it requires.

Let us suppose the client is a law firm in a state that allows the use of all corporate forms for law firms.

LLP, bro. Of the V25, only four firms have another form of organization: Nothing after the firm name. The rest are all LLPs, including the ones lay people recognize like Skadden, Cravath, etc.
