Do you mean flexibility to use his assets during his life time?
Or do you mean flexibility to give his assets to the specific people that he wants?

If you are going to give a specific bequest...I give and bequeath my tangible personal property to...I give my ruby ring to my sister...
If you are doing it generally...all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed of whatever nature and wheresoever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to...
If you have a will already and you only want to change the personal property section use a codocil.

Use a personal property disposition form if you have something similar to that. Pro: you don't have to go through the formality of a codicil. Con: You can only use it for personal properties.
Is this for a class or clinic? Since state laws may vary.
