How to cite Washington Initiative 502?

Trying to bluebook cite the latest Washington Initiative 502 (legalization of recreational marijuana). Can someone help?
Since the initative has been codified, wouldn't it be easier just to cite to the appropriate sections of the Washington Code? For example Wash. Rev.
