Lol, what's the point of this?

Once you have it identified, are you going to gun for practice in that state?

Kentucky is supposed to have one of the shortest and New Mexico's is legendarily easy (they have one of the highest passage rates)

you could just attend Wisconsin-Madison and obviate the need to take the bar.

According to this calculator, http://www.seperac.com/calc-mbe-j11.php, a 150 is the 65th percentile (latest data is July 2011).

Minnesota is insanly easy. Somthing like 99% of UMN grads pass on their first try.

There are tons of bars where virtually everyone passes. But amongst those, some test less subjects than others. Those I'd assume would be the easiest.

Dunno about all that. Cali bar only has 14 topics, but the passage rate (or should I say lack of?) is frightening. The bar passage rate is even horrendously low for Berkley (I think something like 1 out of every 5 fails -- that's pretty awful for a t10, given the quality of students who attend t14s).

I mean, take the highest pass rates, and from that list pick the ones with the smallest number of topics.

Yeah that's probably true. I'd watch for the topic areas and breath of state specific law tested too though. A test mostly on generally applicable principles of law is easier than one with a ton of state specific crap (since you'll have seen most of the generally applicable garbage during law school already). On the other hand, you might not need to know the state specific stuff to pass (depending on the state).
