IDreallyK anything except the pass rate.ajax adonis wrote:Does MN test a lot of state-specific stuff, though?
Dunno about all that. Cali bar only has 14 topics, but the passage rate (or should I say lack of?) is frightening. The bar passage rate is even horrendously low for Berkley (I think something like 1 out of every 5 fails -- that's pretty awful for a t10, given the quality of students who attend t14s).Desert Fox wrote:But amongst those, some test less subjects than others. Those I'd assume would be the easiest.
I mean, take the highest pass rates, and from that list pick the ones with the smallest number of topics.XxSpyKEx wrote:Dunno about all that. Yeah that's probably true. I'd watch for the topic areas and breath of state specific law tested too though. A test mostly on generally applicable principles of law is easier than one with a ton of state specific crap (since you'll have seen most of the generally applicable garbage during law school already). On the other hand, you might not need to know the state specific stuff to pass (depending on the state).Desert Fox wrote:I mean, take the highest pass rates, and from that list pick the ones with the smallest number of topics.XxSpyKEx wrote:Dunno about all that.
