At 16 I was working retail and was terminated for not working enough hours. Do I need to list this on my bar application? They ask for all employment since 16, and reason for leaving, and whether you were terminated. I definitely have to list this right? Will this hurt??

It will not hurt in the least. Not sure if terminated is the word you are looking for, sounds more like being laid off.
