His name is seriously not capitalized? Neither wvu not Indiana tech have it capitalized.

1) BYU undergrad to Howard Law School is... interesting.
2) LOL at Indiana Tech: "All of the newly hired employees are minority women except for Cummings. Cummings earned his J.D. from Howard University. Another hire, from Northeastern School of Law, is Peter Alexander, who is African-American." Because earning a JD at Howard is somehow comparable to being a minority woman or African-American??

This guy is living the dream. As a law student he had three SAs even though not from the greatest school. Worked at Kirkland, became a professor, and when middle-age crisis struck, he reinvented himself to a post-modernist, critical theory, law professor. What more can one achieve?
