When citing a case with Services as opposed to Service which according to the table becomes Serv., does Services stay the same or get changed to some other abbreviation?

The intro to T6 wrote:Unless otherwise indicated, plurals are formed by adding the letter "s."

FWIW this rule is a rule of grammar, and not necessarily a bluebook rule. When you have an abbreviation that ends with a period and has no internal periods, you can make it plural by adding an s before the final period. For example No. becomes Nos., ch. becomes chs., etc.

Good luck on your brief :)
