Assuming your professor allows it, yes. Obviously.

And figure out the rules. I have one prof who wants us to only have a hard copy, while our other 3 profs allow electronic copies.

1) Bring lighter + outline to the testing room with you.
2) Set your outline on fire in front of everyone else. Make sure to stare down as many classmates as possible while doing this.
3) ????
4) Profit.

...but wouldn't lighting your wig on fire while keeping up the glare at everyone else be all the more impressive?

No. If you look at your outline even once, you're fucked.

3) would be to not let them notice you taking out your secret second copy of your outline.

Hello. Is it okay to use an abacaus in exams? I know it is outdated, but it is how I learned (1 room classroom graduate here, boy).

I wasn't a fan of the stuff you learn in law school either. Most cases are so ridiculous and outside the norm of things you'd ever encounter. Also, crim law is alot about convincing a jury your version of the facts are correct. Or maybe trying to get certain evidence admitted/excluded. Its not really about figuring out the definition of murder and how the common law tracks the MPC approach.
