5) Make sure you are wearing a powdered wig. http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 3&t=199464Richie Tenenbaum wrote:1) Bring lighter + outline to the testing room with you.
2) Set your outline on fire in front of everyone else. Make sure to stare down as many classmates as possible while doing this.

3) would be to not let them notice you taking out your secret second copy of your outline.Richie Tenenbaum wrote:1) Bring lighter + outline to the testing room with you.

I wasn't a fan of the stuff you learn in law school either. Most cases are so ridiculous and outside the norm of things you'd ever encounter. Also, crim law is alot about convincing a jury your version of the facts are correct. Or maybe trying to get certain evidence admitted/excluded. Its not really about figuring out the definition of murder and how the common law tracks the MPC approach.Desert Fox wrote:The utter shit they teach in law schooldextermorgan wrote:You mean real criminal law, or the utter shit they teach in law school?Desert Fox wrote:Doesn't crim have the least BLL?
