Disbarred For Smuggling Cubans?

Talk about fitness and character. I'm no square, and I won't lie - I've smoked a Cuban (and brought back one) in my lifetime. But to get disbarred?! Yikes!
Public Defender gets 37 months in prison and disbarred for smuggling Cuban cigars. Guess who ratted him out? His ex-wife.
