How come there are no decent negligence hypos and answers to them?? I need them badly!

does your school give you access to cali exercises? Those would be good to check out http://www.cali.org Ask your law librarian if you can get electronic access.

I thought Siegel's torts had some really good hypos in them too, they combine intentional torts and negligence for the most part though.

Google negligence & bar exam essays. Many states publish model answers (e.g., New York, California, Ohio). Although bar essays are not as comprehensive as a torts exam, they can helpful when studying.
