Fed Tax Flowcharts?

Post by lawyerdown27 » Wed Nov 28, 2012 11:46 am

Fed Tax final in 24 hours. Feel OK/pretty good, but having trouble putting it all together/knowing every single issue that certain facts should trigger. Anyone have flowcharts/short attack outline/issue tree/etc. for Fed Tax? TIA!!

Does your library have casebooks? One of the tax casebooks contains a wall size tax flowchart (sorry, can't remember which author).

I feel like a flow chart wouldn't be worth your time because of all of the exceptions. I think it's easier to break-down every subject into units: i.e. recapture.
