Is the Supreme Court's ruling a primary source and binding on a case in a state?
Judicial decisions are primary sources. Assuming you mean the US Supreme Court, it's decisions are binding only on matter of federal law.splittermcsplit88 wrote:Is the Supreme Court's ruling a primary source and binding on a case in a state?
