Scarlet Johanssen or a younger Angelina Jollie. Apparently, when clients started complaining about firms' lack of diversity, they decided they could fix the problem by bringing in loads of hot white women. They figure that clients would love seeing so many hotties around the office, and they can ship most of them off to in-house without having to make any of them equity partners when the time comes. Personality? It goes along with looks. It mostly involves being "seen and not heard" and not complaining about pay disparities.
