Relying on Evidence E&E

Post by rawrab » Sat Oct 06, 2012 3:42 pm

My motivation and attention span at this point are 0. I just cannot bring myself to pay attention in class or read the casebook for evidence. I have the evidence E&E and my question is does anyone have any experience just relying on the E&E summaries of the rules and case briefs for the exam? Does it take more time/energy than that to understand evidence?

E&E plus old outline = A for me. I watched hockey games during class.
