Trial court transcripts

Post by crEEp » Wed Sep 26, 2012 3:09 pm

I'm working on a research project, and am at a total loss when it comes to locating trial court transcripts. I realize many simply do not exist, but for any case being appealed, those transcripts will exists--somewhere. What I'm attempting to do is predict whether (and when) an attorney should object to evidence proffered at trial; as such, I need a very large number of trial court transcripts. For that reason, I think federal district court transcripts would be most valuable, since they're all subject to the federal rules of evidence. Anyway, any help here would be massively appreciated. Because I need approximately 1000 transcripts, paying the $4/page rates simply is not an option.
