sup dudes

so on the Examples it gives a situation where P can amend his complaint, WITHOUT PERMISSION, 120 days after Defendant filed a motion to dismiss, SINCE its not a responsiv pleading

however on the latest FRCP it says a party can amend it 21 days after his own pleading or after one of the motions and all else must get permission

so did i miss something or is the EE civ pro outdated?

thanks alll

If I'm not mistaken, they update the rules like every year or something. Usually, the number of days changes.
