Evidence

For those of you who have taken evidence, did you get anything from professor's lecture? I ask because I am finding between the case book and Emanuel's, the lectures seem redundant. Am I missing something or is evidence relatively straightforward compared to most other classes?

Note that we are not yet at hearsay.

It depends on the final. Mine was entirely M/C, so I watched hockey games during class. If it's more subjective, what the prof says will matter more.

I'm hoping that more repetition means less difficulty memorizing all this for the closed book MC final..

CALI is good for M/C finals.

I had a four hour long Evidence class, the professor droned on and on and on! The E&E and Professor Rossi (sum & substance CD's) got me through Evidence with a B which I gladly accepted and never looked back

To the poster above, in theory, if Rossi was my professor, I could live off the e&e, his barbri lectures, and his sum and substance CDs?
