Thank you gift for informational interview

I just had an informational meeting with a very distinguished attorney. I am sending a thank you card but am wondering if it is appropriate to send a small token of appreciation, like a $20 starbucks gift card. She treated me to lunch.

This seems awkward to me. The card alone I think is fine.

NO GIFT, EVER. She didn't treat you to anything, her firm did. And even if she didn't expense it, not appropriate.

This. At best it will be awkward, at worst it will look bribe-ish in a really weak way.

EDIT: Post-offer and acceptance, you might consider paying for the next meal that you have with the interviewer (assuming she actually paid, not the firm).
