Should I study for the MPRE?

Assuming I didn't take professional responsibility and ethics in law school (took a clinic that satisfied the requirement, even though it didn't even require us to look at any of the rules), how likely is it that I could "pass" the MPRE solely relying on common sense? I have the barbri book on it, and tried a few questions yesterday, and got all of them right except one, which I was 50/50 on between the answer I picked and the correct answer. It seems like it's not all that unrealistic to "pass" the MPRE with some common sense. Is that accurate? Should I even bother to waste my weekend studying for this thing (my plan as of right now is to spend Saturday and Sunday studying for it)?

If you have the time to study, why would you neglect studying for the MPRE?
Retaking is a waste of time and money.

Yes, having seen the rules before is important for a test about the rules.

I read the free barbri outline once, did half of one practice test, and passed with room to spare. I hadn't taken professional responsibility before either. The test really isn't that serious. You should be able to read the outline, do a few practice questions, and pass pretty easily.
