I doubt the unpaid organization is going to be hiring, plus I don't think any work is particularly interesting so you might as well get paid for it.

I would probably take the unpaid for the networking, etc. And enjoying/believing in the work I'm doing is important to me.

I would take the unpaid if they are actually going to give you hands-on work rather than just busy work.
