Exam tip needed

My professor has provided the statutes that will be relevant on the exam. I have a little over a week left before my crim law exam, would it be a good use of my time to analyze those statutes and think of ways I could argue for/against conviction based on the language of the statutes? Or would be better to just not worry about the statutes he gave us and just focus on doing hypos.

TYIA.

Lol, that's what I was initially planning to do but I guess I'm mostly curious about finding out if analyzing the statutes would be a complete waste of time?

I just asked your classmates, and they all agree that'd be a waste of time. Go figure
