Its happened maybe four times over the course of the summer. A couple times in May/June, a couple times in July.

Its not a big deal when it happens in June, mostly because you honestly don't need to study that hard in June. But going down even for just a few hours, on the last week before the exam, is a huge problem.

happens all the time for barbri and i'm sure for kaplan too. no real way to avoid if you want any online features.

I haven't used kaplan this week when the server is probably most likely to overload, but I haven't experienced kaplan going down all summer. (Not to say it doesn't happen, I just haven't seen it and I was always on the site.) Not surprised about barbri since there are so many people on it, but then again for the amount they charge, they should get a better server.

There is a major operative typo in the NY BarBri material re: RUSDA.
