What constitutes a "non-programmable wristwatch"? Does that include digital watches?

In college, I was only allowed to bring a "non-programmable calculator" to one of my exams. That meant a non-graphing calculator. However, I'm not really sure what BOLE means by a "non-programmable watch." I'm assuming it means a non-digital watch.

Right. Non-programmable in other contexts doesn't mean "not digital," but might as well go with analog to play it safe. Thanks.
