I don't know of any lists. Word of mouth I guess. Ask around at your school. Career services would be a good start.

lulz. Career services at most schools is clueless and incompetent. I would ask just about anywhere else.
CSO at UT screwed up my 1L summer by advising me to tell the judge who accepted me that I would be working for the 1st half because most firms hire only for the 2nd half. In fact, it's the opposite.
So don't ever rely on CSO without verifying it from other sources.

NYU's career services people are astoundingly helpful and field exactly this question probably dozens of times every year. Ask them. They will be happy to suggest firms for your GPA and review your bid list.

Also very interested.
Tangentially related question: My 1L summer job is outside NYC - does anyone know where I can find the direct email addresses of OCS counsellors, not the law.careers@nyu email that goes to someone who then decides whether to forward our questions to counsellors or not?
