Poll: Does the curve help with conlaw?

Conlaw exam coming up, and I am generally comfortable with the material, but not as comfortable as say, contracts or torts. I'd like to take comfort in the fact that noone has conlaw down real cold, and the curve will be more generous than in other classes.
Does anyone have any experience with this to say this makes sense or doesnt?

Law school tests aren't about how well you know the material. All of the material is easy to know and most exams are open book. You can't study your way to good grades.
Con law exams, like all other law school exams, are about the skill of applying law to fact and demonstrating an ability to perform sophisticated legal analysis. The underlying body of material is all but irrelevant.

Nah. It usually depends on the professor. Knowing the material is pretty important.

IDK. I had well over a 4.0 GPA last semester and this semester I don't know shit about Con Law, especially the second half of the semester (feelin' sexy in Contracts and Property, though).
So just to give you my 2 cents, I think Con Law is generally harder to pin down than the other classes I've had so far.

I thought Con Law 1 was easy and made an A, my best grade of 1L. HTH.

Thanks for the replies, it seems that about 10 percent of the class listened to the lectures, and few of those understood it... I personally learned it myself from day, while trying to get what I could from class, so I would hope I am ahead of the pack somewhat...
To the people that voted "yes," care to elaborate how this panned out?

You should be studying more right now, instead of making threads that make you feel better about not studying.
