Top Law Schools

I have a take home con law final... I have a pretty detailed outline, and I have a basic understanding of the different issues. Im having trouble however spotting nuances in a fact pattern. Commerce Clause Im pretty good, same with most of First Amendment stuff I suppose. Other stuff really having a tough time. Any suggestions out there? Are there any charts that would help? Thanks!!

Um, practice exams? If you know the issues but are having trouble spotting them, then that would be the best way to practice that.
