Can someone explain the difference between “suing for restitution” and “suing in quasi-k?” They seem to be overlapping concepts. Neither the E&E nor the CrunchTime explains the difference.

They *are* overlapping concepts, if you have a quasi K, you can sue for restitution, but you can sue for restitution for other reasons. Restitution is a remedy for a quasi K... other than that I'm not sure what you're asking??

Restitution is a remedy. Quasi-contract is a legal theory which might entitle one to the remedy of restitution.
